Pete Whitfield's campaign goals included "expanding his East Coast bar and college circuit" bookings. His style needed to be appropriate for his growing "suburban middle-class, country-rock" fan base. Pete's "irreverent on-stage alter ego" was the inspiration for his style reflecting the "modern outlaw." The in-your-face imagery created is consistent with his "irreverent and interactive live show" which often produced the response "If it wasn't for that grin on his face, he'd be a real asshole."
